Matz Debels
Matz Debels was born on May 30, 2012 and lives in Lauwe, West Flanders (Belgium).
Matz discovered his passion for motorcycles at a young age, always tagging along with his dad. His second home was literally the racetrack. From a young age, he developed a passion for riding a pit bike, with his parents supporting him from a young age. Under the guidance of his father, who initially let him train on his own, Matz began competing in races at the age of ten. He competed in his first race on a 160cc.

Matz attends secondary school in Kortrijk and, in addition to his studies, is intensively involved in motorcycle riding. Starting in 2023, Matz will compete in two championships: a full season of the CNV (Italian Championship). This is a hard-fought championship with 23 regular starters. It's a tough learning curve, but Matz is a fast learner. In 2023, he also competed in the Race Factory (Dutch Championship), where he won his Cup for second place. From 2024 onward, Matz continued to compete in the Italian championship, where he was able to learn even more.
Besides motorcycling, Matz's hobbies are cycling and playing with friends. What he absolutely hates is doing nothing. My motto is: "There's no such thing as impossible." His dream is to one day become a professional motorcycle racer. But he already knows full well that there's still a long and rocky road ahead. But he's not afraid to go this route!
With the support of his family and his tireless training, Matz Debels shows great potential for a successful future in motorcycling.
